Prof. Dr. Theresita V. Atienza, Dean of College of Science, Polytechnic University of Philippines delivered a key note speech at Conference MIBEST, February 26-27 2015, Manila, Philippines.

Dr. Atienza, serves as consultant/resource person on technology integration and management for the Development Academy of  Philippines (DAP). She is the Philippine representative to the Asian Public Intellectuals Fellowship Regional Committee. Distinguishing herself in the fields of science and distance education, she has been invited to participate in various international conferences.
