Dr. Rovelina Bucao-Jacolbia, Director of the National Service Training Program of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines participated as a keynote speaker in our Conference ICMRP, December 15-16, 2015

Dr. Rovelina is currently the Director of the National Service Training Program of the Polytechnic University of  Philippines. As a subject specialist of PUP Open University and College of Education Graduate Studies, she discussed the challenges in various domains and sub-domains of social sciences.
