Dr. Pornthipa Ongkunaruk
Dr. Pornthipa Ongkunaruk is Assistant Professor in the Department of Agro-Industrial Technology of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, Thailand. Established in 1943 to promote subjects related to agricultural science, the Kasetsart University was the first agricultural university in Thailand. She graduated in Agro-Industrial Product Development with a first class honors from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University. She got her master in Industrial Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) with James A. Linen III Memorial Prize. Then, she got her Ph. D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2005. Her teaching and research interests are agri food supply chain management and simulation.
Her publications are in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research and Simulation in Agro-Industry area.
