Farooq Ahmed Jam (Ph.D.) 
(On Research Leave)
(Executive Director)

Backed by diverse qualification and experience and a PhD in Management, Mr. Jam is a renowned civil society representative and management scholar. Having served as academic and corporate research professional for more than 10 years he devoted his energies for promotion and development of basic human rights. He is an active voice of equality, justice, fairness, participation and excellence in all spheres of society.

He has thorough capabilities in General Management, Organizational Training and Development, Managing Change, developing, and implementing strategies for institutional capacity building and human resource development. He has been engaged in several national and international campaigns for poverty alleviation, up-gradation of rural areas, rehabilitation activities, internet freedom, freedom of expression, and global issues of governance. His scholarly work has been appreciated and published in world renowned journals. He is an active blog writer for promoting global peace and harmony.

His vision as a Director of Global Illuminators is to provide a quality research platform for civil society organizations across the globe which can be used to strengthen the global initiatives to preserve and promote basic human rights of equality, justice, participation and access to knowledge. He is eager to join hands with civil society institutions and to help them achieve their goals through a quality research support by Global Illuminators.

He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Muhammad Abbas (Ph.D.)(Director Policy & Research)

Muhammad Abbas is a seasoned trainer and an experienced researcher who provides trainings and consultancy services to national and international organizations. Abbas has worked assisting public, private, and non-government organizations with their research projects and capacity building initiatives. He also has published his research papers in world renowned journals and presented at leading scholarly conferences across the world.

Abbas is an experienced academician, a Ph.D. , and a gold medalist business graduate who has thorough expertise in the fields of social science research, human resource management, social psychology and decision making.

Abbas has been engaged in several activities of institutional development, capacity building and R&D for civil society organizations.  As a policy and research director at Global Illuminators he is engaged in different tasks related to strategy and research as well as trainings.

Dr. Saqib Ilyas(Director, Research and Development )

Dr. Saqib Ilyas serves as the Director of Research and Development at Global Illuminators, where he leads strategic research initiatives, international collaborations, and academic development programs that advance the organization’s mission of fostering innovation, knowledge dissemination, and global scholarly engagement.
He earned his PhD in Management Sciences (2014–2018) from IAE-Aix Graduate School of Management, Aix-Marseille University, France, with distinction. His doctoral dissertation, “Organizational Socialization, Psychological Needs Satisfaction and Job Outcomes: A Moderated Mediation Model,” explored how organizational socialization processes enhance employee motivation, performance, and well-being—integrating psychological and management perspectives.
Dr. Ilyas’s research interests span organizational behavior, employee well-being, innovative performance, and sustainable human resource management. His work has appeared in leading journals such as the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing and Information Technology & People, and he contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer for the Academy of Management and the British Academy of Management.
Before joining Global Illuminators, Dr. Ilyas served as Head of Institution and Associate Professor at IVY College of Management Sciences, Lahore, and concurrently as Head of Undergraduate Programs and Assistant Professor at the University of Central Punjab, where he played a pivotal role in curriculum design, faculty development, and research capacity-building.
With over 15 years of experience in academia, research, and executive training, Dr. Ilyas has taught and supervised in diverse areas including Strategic HRM, Organizational Development, Knowledge Management, and Change Leadership. He has led numerous executive education workshops and international conferences aimed at promoting evidence-based management and innovation in higher education.
At Global Illuminators, Dr. Ilyas continues to drive initiatives that integrate research excellence with global impact, focusing on emotional intelligence, workplace happiness, remote work dynamics, and sustainable HR practices—strengthening the organization’s role as a catalyst for collaborative academic advancement worldwide.


Ahmed Saddam (Ph. D.)(Regional Director: Iraq)

formal-pic. Ahmed Saddam is an academician and member of the International Economic Development Research Centre IEDRC, Kowloon,–Hong Kong. His research interests include trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), human development, transport economics and environmental studies. He has published more than 20 research articles in various refereed journals and is a well known speaker  in international  and  local conferences.  He has several books on his credit. As a country director (Iraq), Ahmed is ambitious to help the academia and civil society through his sound research expertise and knowledge.

Kalaivani Vivehananthan (Ph.D.)(Regional Director: Sri Lanka)

SrilaaaDr.K.Vivehananthan is a Ph.D. Scholar in Molecular Biology and Head of the Department of Biotechnology in Wayamba University of Sri Lanka with more than 20 years of experience in the Academic career.  She is interested in research and she  applies her research area of Molecular Biology to address National and Global issues specially on bio-degradative bacteria for wastewater treatment and bioremediation, Biosynthesis of nanoparticles for wastewater treatment, Quarantine pest detection, Development of commercial DNA extraction kit, Drug development for antibiotic resistance bacteria etc. She has been awarded research fellowships and scholarships for trainings in the field of Molecular biology and Genetic engineering locally and internationally. She has also received an International award for her best research presentation at an International Conference of Global Illuminators. She is very much interested to commercialize her research outputs to reach to the public. She is more interested in multidisciplinary aspects through which she wishes to disseminate her knowledge to fulfill the society needs nationally and globally. As her ambition is aligned with the vision of the Global Illuminators, being Country Director Sri Lanka is a stepping stone to move forward towards Research and Development in future.

Prof. Dr. Ahmad Raza Bilal(Executive Member & Consulting Head Technopreneurship, Finance and Economics Division)

Professor Dr. Ahmad Raza Bilal is PhD in Corporate Finance (Entrepreneurial Growth Modeling) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (AACSB Accredited University). He has more than 20 years’ experience and is currently working as Professor of Technopreneurship and Finance in Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, and Director – Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at The Superior University Lahore – Pakistan. Prof. Bilal is an international trainer in Technopreneurship Modeling, Deliberate Practice in Entrepreneurship, Risk Management, Due Diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Management, and Environmental Studies. He has published seminal research in A-Star indexed journals and completed several national and international research projects. Prof Bilal is ambitious to develop academia-industry linkages to progress in the knowledge economy and for the socioeconomic benefits of the global community. At Global Illuminators Professor Bilal is leading the consulting projects in various academic and industry initiatives being handled by GI Team.

Wilson is shining graduate of TARUC. He has worked with different corporate and social sector organizations in capacity of trainings and development consultancy management. Majority of his assignments were related to development of human capital and capacity building. His responsibilities at Global Illuminators revolve around providing training and development support to civil society organization and conducting workshops and conferences across the globe for human capacity building.

picShahzeb is outstanding individual with distinctive qualities, excellent communication and social networking as well as data analysis capabilities. He has been engaged with diverse corporate and social sector organizations in capacity of data analyst, manager digital media communication, trainings & development and research consultancy management. Majority of his assignments were related to liaison between experts, teams, stakeholders and community. His responsibilities at Global Illuminators revolve around providing data analysis services, digital media training and development support of AI systems to civil society organization and conducting workshops and conferences across the globe for human capacity building. As a Manager data Analysis and Global research coordinator he is a great human capital asset for Global Illuminators.

He Is An Ambitious And Outstanding Individual With Ample Interpersonal And Technical Competencies Which Help Him In Developing Good Research Network Among Academic Circles. His Job Scope Include Developing Strategic Laison With Academic And Higher Education Institutions And Stakeholders. Associate Professor Dr. M. Yahya Arwiyah, SH., MH. (Ph.D.)(Country Coordinator Indonesia )

Associate Professor Dr. M. Yahya Arwiyah, SH., MH. He graduated a master of law from Universitas Sumatera Utara (University of North Sumatra), Medan, Indonesia in 2001 and received his doctorate degree from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Indonesia University of Education) Bandung, Indonesia in 2009. Since 1987, he underwent a career as an attorney and lecturer. His career as an educator began in 1983 as a lecturer assistant in civics courses and principle of criminal law. In 1986, He taught at the Faculty of Civil Law, Universitas Samudra Langsa, Indonesia and joined Faculty of Law Civil and Marketing Services in UDIVLAT Telecommunication TELKOM Medan and Palembang, Indonesia in 1989. From 2007 until now, he became a lecturer at Telkom University and got promoted as Vice Rector for Student Affairs at Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia. Along with his responsibilities as Vice Rector and academician, he is also the author of the daily newspaper “WASPADA” Medan and weekly newspaper “KPK POS” Medan. He is well published author in national and international research community. His research interests include law, human resource management, and small medium enterprises (SMEs). He is designated country representative of Global Illuminators as Country Coordinator Indonesia. His major responsibilities include bridging the gap between higher education and research institutions in Indonesia. Promoting the scholarship and collaboration between Global Illuminators and local Indonesian universities. Helping local higher education institutions for international research exposure and research capacity building of faculty in Indonesian universities. He is based in Bandung Indonesia.

Dr. Tahira Iram (Research Fellow)

picDr. Tahira Iram worked as an accomplished Assistant Professor at Superior University in Lahore, Pakistan as well as the lectureship in Govt Queen Mary Graduate College Lahore, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the academic realm with 17 years of dedicated teaching and research experience. Holding a Ph.D. in Commerce & Finance, her educational background reflects a commitment to excellence in the field. Her substantial body of work, underscores her profound impact on the fields of women entrepreneurship, behavioral finance, Artificial intelligence, Emotional intelligence, Human Resource Management (HRM), and Green financing. As a social activists she also builds her researches on women violence which have renown impact in international journals. Her extensive publication record reflects a commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in these crucial areas within the academic community. Currently she is associated with global Illuminators as a research fellow and based in Strasbourg, France.
