Dr. Wang Sheng-Wei, founder and president of the China-U.S. Friendship Exchange, Incorporation Taiwan, delivered a key note speech at Conference MISG on July 13-14 2017, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Wang Sheng-Wei is an independent scholar and writer. She has B.S. in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan) and Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from University of Southern California. Her area of interest is political and social matters related to improving the Sino-U.S. relations and promoting peace between the mainland of China and Taiwan.
